Become an Angel Investor
We can offer a return on your savings that comfortably beats the rates on offer from the high street banks. Typically, we take a loan for a fixed term of 12 months to fund the acquisition and part or all of the refurbishment of a property, providing you with the first charge over the property for the period of the loan for total peace of mind.
Once refurbished and let, we then take a conventional buy-to-let mortgage out against the uplifted value of the property and use this to repay your loan.
Joint Venture with Us
If the idea of acquiring direct equity in a property and gaining a lump-sum return rather than collecting interest on a loan appeals, you might consider joint venturing with us.
Liverpool is a very active market for first-time buyers as well as renters, but the supply of recently-refurbished homes that require no updating is not keeping pace with demand.
With your funding, we can apply the same principles as we use for our core portfolio to acquire, refurbish and sell a property in a standalone limited company structure, with you and us as equal shareholders. Upon the sale of the property, the profit is then equally shared between both parties.
